Automatic Palletizing Robot
Automatic palletizing robot, also known as a palletizing robot arm, is a programmable mechanical device used to automatically stack and palletize products of different types and sizes on a production line. It can efficiently pallet products according to preset procedures and process requirements, and has the characteristics of fast, accurate and stable.

Q1: How could I choose the right machine?
A: We have various model of packing & palletizing machines to fit different materials and bags. Pls tell our sales manager thedetails of your requests, such as type and shape of the material to be bagged, size and weight of the bag, planned packing & stacking capacity, and so on. Then our engineer will recommend the proper plan for you.
Q2: How long is the guarantee?
A: All of our products are guaranteed for 24 months and we will also provide a set of free spare parts for potential replacement
Q3: What's the payment terms?
A: 50%T/T as deposit, and 50% balance before delivery. And the testing video and pictures of final goods will be
send before balance payment for confirmation.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: Usually the lead time of packing machine is 15-20 days, lead time of palletizing machine is 40-50 days. If you have an urgent demands, pls inform us in advance and we will try to shorten the production time.
Q5: Does your company supply the spare parts?
A: Yes,we supply the spare parts for you at lowest price with professional after-sale service team to promptly and thoroughly solve your problems.
Q6: Can your company send engineers to install and adjust the machines abroad?
A: If required, we will dispatch technician to your country for the guidance of installation, commissioning & adjusting of machine and also training your local workers. and pls note with in this situation all cost from China to your company including food, accommodation, transportation etc and extra salary of the worker per day will all be responsible by your side.

The operation process of the palletizing robot production line is as follows. The goods to be palletized are transported to the grabbing position by the conveyor, and at same time the empty pallets are transported to the palletizing position by the automatic pallet feeder, and then the palletizing robot grab the goods and stack them on the pallet according to the set quantity and stack type. Today, robotic stacking is applied to a variety of products such as bricklaying, bags, boxes, etc.
The reverse operation of palletizing is depalletizing. In this operation, the robot removes objects from pallets and transfers them to conveyor belts or machines for further processing. Nowadays, the robotization of CNC machine tools is becoming more and more common. The robot takes the workpiece from the pallet, places it in the machine, captures the finished product after processing, takes it from the machine and places it on another pallet.
