This machine is used to cut all kinds lf Drum materials such as BOPP, PET CPP, PVE, PE, label and paper

2, The reel achieves automatic tension control by adopting magnetic powder clutch and measuring the diameter with PLC automatically
3, The unreeling achieves automatic tension control by adopting magnetic powder brake and measuring the diameter with PLC automatically
4, Loading and unloading material on the unwind section adopts air shaft to load and unload material, the roll can be lifted up and down pneumatically, hence it is convenient to load and unload material with high efficiency, automatically rectify the deviation when unwinding.
5, Dual purpose straight knives and round knives ard used to slit, to get trimmed and tidy slitting, and it is equipped with fan device to remove the scraps
6, The system has the functions of length counting, roll diameter calculating.
