High speed Cigar Packaging Gravure Printing Machine
USE:
This machine is suitable for continuous ,multi-color printing or rolling material in good printing performance such as tobacco packing,yew paper,liquid paper box,BOPP,PET,NY,PVC and so on.

1.The machine is SERVO motors system control, al.
2. Computer registering devices and static camera examining graphics.
3. Double reel stations inside, non-stop splicing.
4. Adopting variable frequency motor control for main driver, unwinder unit with auto tension control system.
5. Unwinder auto tension controller and rewinding by two variable frequency motors.
6. Shaft-less cylinder loading. Pneumatic backpressure moving doctor blade, three side adjusting and double air cylinder pressure.
7. Sealed type oven, outside heating system, hot-air circulation system, auto constant temperature control system.
8. High-accuracy gear transmission box, adopting petented technique.
9. Adopting aluminum alloy guide roll after anode oxidation processing and in balance.
