This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding a variety of reel type materials. Such as 50-300g/m2 of various kinds of paper (coated paper, double offset paper, coated paper, white cardboard, etc.), paper plastic composite materials and other roll materials, such as slitting and rewinding.
Main Feature:
1. The machine adopts three motor servo synchronous control, automatic taper tension and central surface coiling mode;
2. The machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to maintain smooth operation during acceleration;
3. Automatic meter counting, alarm and other functions;
4. The winding adopts A and B upper and lower air expansion shaft structure, and the chain unloads automatically;
5. Longitudinal cutting with round knife;
6. Shaftless hydraulic/pneumatic loading structure
