Main Unit
The unwinding adopts shaftless unwinding: the unwinding mechanism adopts shaftless unwinding. The unwinding arm cylinder can adjust the material up and down. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the head is 3 inches and 6 inches, which is 700kg. Even at full load, the labor intensity is greatly reduced. Reduce roll-up time and improve production efficiency.
2. Slitting device
The slitting method adopts scalpel slitting (and overhead slitting,2 types)
The slit waste edges are blown out by a 1.5KW fan. An additional trimming machine is added.
3. Rewinding part
The winding adopts 3-inch slip shaft winding, and the cylinder is locked, which is easy to operate, durable and reliable.
4. Transmission part
It adopts lightweight aluminum alloy guide roller, and its surface has been anodized hardened, making it beautiful and durable. The whole roller is adjusted by dynamic and static balance, making the rotation flexible and stable.
