Technical description
1.The innovative rotary scraping cutting technology breaks through the limitations of traditional gear shaping technology. Straight gear and helical gear can be used for multiple purposes in one machine.
2.The console adopts a humanized touch screen and a dual interaction design with physical buttons, and the interface is friendly and easy to use.
3.The processing efficiency of spur internal gears and helical internal gears is about 5 times higher than that of the gear shaping process.
4.Double direct drive design, both B and C axis are directly driven by servo motors, zero transmission error, ultra-precision round grating group, closed-loop control, to ensure constant precision and stability.
5.The whole machine is equipped with imported high-precision bearing components, supplemented by a main shaft circulating oil-liquid cooling system, and its performance is always excellent under complex working conditions.
