Titanium Rolled rings and Forged Titanium Ring
- Daxun produces titanium rolled rings with diameters from 300 to 3500 mm, weights up to 4000 kg and heights up to 800 mm.
- To ensure that the ring geometry meets the customer's requirements, the product is straightened and sized on a horizontal press.
- Titanium rings can have rectangular or shaped cross-sections, and the profile can be symmetrical or asymmetrical.
- Daxun supplies the wind power market with titanium ring devices as well as other titanium ring products for nuclear, coal-fired, renewable energy and combined cycle applications.
Daxun Titanium Rolled rings and Forged Titanium Ring
Daxun titanium rings are supplied in hot rolled, forged, heat treated and machined forms. After machining, the disks require additional acid etching to ensure a marketable appearance. Titanium seamless rolled rings are used in aerospace, marine and heavy engineering applications.
Daxun has passed ISO9001:2015 certification. The testing laboratory is UKAS accredited. Approved bodies include: Aérospatiale, ASEA-ATOM, British Nuclear Fuels plc, DCAN, Fiat Aviazione SpA, MTU GmbH, SNECMA, Statoil and VdTÜV.

With vertical and horizontal presses ranging from 12,000 tons to 35,000 tons, Daxun has the most comprehensive rolling ring manufacturing capabilities in the world. Our capabilities enable us to manufacture large diameter titanium rings.
Forming capabilities include state-of-the-art extrusion equipment and cold working assets for manufacturing rolled titanium ring and forged titanium ring products, one of the largest rolling mills in the world, and a unique hydroforming process for manufacturing accessories.
