General Construction Workflow

• Surface Preparation: Clean the area.
• Rinse and Wet: Saturate the surface with water.
• Mix Material: Combine water and mortar.

(1) Cleaning: Remove debris, loose concrete, and dust from the repair area.

(2) Rinsing: Use a high-pressure water hose to clean thoroughly.

(3) Moisturizing: Leave water on the surface for 20-30 minutes until fully saturated

(no bubbles).
 

(4) Water Removal: Use a blower or mop to clear standing water.

(5) Mixing: Add 4.9 kg of water to 20 kg of mortar. Mix for 3-5 minutes until

uniform.

(6) Application: Pour mixed material onto the surface and smooth using a trowel or

scraper. Complete application within 15 minutes.
 

(7) Curing: Allow the material to cure naturally without additional water.

(8) Traffic: Open for use after 6 hours at temperatures above 20°C. Extend curing

time for lower temperatures.
