High viscosity mineral compressor oil series suitable for oil spray cooled screw air compressors
Kins KA mineral air compressor oil is carefully blended with deep hydrogenated refined base oil and various high-performance additives, providing a very long oil change cycle and reliable protection for the compressor unit even under harsh operating conditions.
Product features
- It has the unique ashless cleaning performance and thermal oxidation stability of deep hydrogenated refined base oil, which can effectively prevent oil oxidation and carbon accumulation on the cylinder wall and valve, extending the service life of the compressor and oil. - Good rust prevention and corrosion resistance can form a very effective anti-corrosion protective film on metal surfaces, thereby preventing rust caused by moisture intrusion, especially during standby and intermittent operation. - The excellent anti foam characteristics can effectively prevent the lubrication failure caused by air entrainment, greatly reduce the foaming, and prevent the overflow of cylinder and tank. - With strong anti emulsification performance, water can be quickly separated and eliminated, effectively preventing the production of high viscosity emulsion paste in oil products and causing the machine head to jam.
Application scope
KA32 \ KA46 \ KA68 is suitable for lubrication of fixed or mobile rotary air compressors, especially oil spray cooled screw air compressors, with exhaust temperatures below 85 and effective working pressures below 800kPa (8bar).KA100 \ KA150 is suitable for single-stage and multi-stage fixed or mobile reciprocating (piston) air compressorshours.
