The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, this switch ensures optimal performance even without load.
Crafted for single-phase utility within three-phase line systems, the switch is celebrated for its straightforward architecture, economical design, and user-friendly interface. Offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure, enhanced by external compression springs, facilitates precise circuit control. Adjustable spring height ensures ideal contact pressure, while operation via an insulated hook stick and integrated self-locking device offers effortless management.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: should remain below +40°C; and not fall below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain under 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations for optimal performance.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could critically compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

IN CASE THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE CHALLENGED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
- Ensure removal of dust and debris from all components, with careful cleaning of the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
- Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw for optimal connectivity.
- Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect the contact surface and adjust the compression spring height to guarantee contact pressure aligns with Table II specifications.
- This switch is specifically designed for hoisting applications and is intended for use with the transformer on the line.
- For optimal installation, rated current of 200-400 ampere hours utilizes three mounting holes, and similarly, 600-1000 ampere hours also requires three.
Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive and contact surfaces, and inspect the insulating porcelain bottles for cleanliness.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection for any damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the quality of the contact surface in relation to the conductive part to ensure seamless functionality.
