Installation Method
Step 1: Turn off the water valve at the installation site to avoid accidents; select the position to install the tee, and there is a certain pressure difference between the water inlet and the water outlet, enabling water to flow through the acrylic/pipe flow channel.
Step 2: Install the acrylic/pipe flow channel. You can choose to install it on the wall or place it for installation. Connect the acrylic/pipe flow channel and the tee with a hose, and install the probe.
Step 3: Open the water valve and check if there is water flowing through the acrylic and if the flow rate is normal. Make fine - tuning adjustments through machine calibration. Usually, the machine and the probe have been calibrated before leaving the factory.
Precautions: Each machine corresponds to a pair of probes and they cannot be mixed. Clean and calibrate the probes every three months.
Sensor Connection.
- Insert the probe into the corresponding sensor input terminal according to the label on the pipe flow channel. Then start the equipment and wait for 5 - 10 minutes. The equipment will obtain the data.
