ST1:U-Bending machine The frame is a square tube welded frame.
The control cabinet is fixed on the machine, and the machine is equipped with a start button and a stop button.
The upper pressing cantilever is driven up and down by the cylinder.
Use the cylinder to lock the upper pressing cantilever.
The lower bending die moves up under the drive of the cylinder to complete the bending.
For the positioning blocks around the cabinet sheet body, two sides are stationary, and the rest two sides are adjustable, driven by cylinder.
In order to achieve compatible production of various models, the position of the positioning blocks need to be adjusted by using different screw holes, and the corresponding screw holes need to be marked with the corresponding model.
In order to avoid scratches on the paint surface of the cabinet body sheet, special materials should be used for the components in contact with the paint surface. These components should be polished.
The machine is protected around by grating + mesh, and a three-color light is set at the highest point.
ST2:Connecting plate clinching machine
The overall frame of the machine is welded by steel plates.
The control cabinet is fixed on the machine, and the machine is equipped with a start button and a stop button.
The gas-liquid booster cylinder is used to provide clinching power, and clinching of two sides of the connecting plate are carried out simultaneously.
Use the profiling positioning block to confirm the position of the cabinet main body, and the cylinder drives the profiling block to move up and down.
In order to achieve compatible production (several models), each model is arranged with one set of profiling positioning block.
Service life of clinching punch and die: ≥80000 times

The control cabinet is movable, independent from the main body, but is connected with the main body, and the start button is installed on the control cabinet.
The overall frame of the device is welded by steel plates, and the clinching tools are suspended by cantilever suspension.
