FORWARD RX22x80 rig is equipped with reliable hydraulics of European and American world known brands: SAUER DANFOSS, EATON, KTR, HYDRO CONTROL, durable drilling tool made of high-solid steel.
RX22x80 is oriented to work in confined urban conditions in the construction of pipelines for various purposes, including fiber optic and power lines, water, gas, oil, etc.
RX22x80 is equipped with motor power of 129 kW. A unique system of rotation and the feed-traction provides traction up to 22 000 kg and spindle torque up to 8000N.m. The maximum rotation speed is 180 rpm and a feed rate of 42m/min-traction guarantees the high efficiency of operations. Automatic drill rods feeding system and the anchor hydraulic system shorten running period and increase productivity. Due to the maximum elevation angle of 25 ° rig can drive on any truck.
RX 22x80 is standing stable on steel track with rubber element. It increases reliability of the rig and not damages asphalt surface. Drilling rig also has engine and hydraulic oil preheating system.
To increase the angle of the rig RX22x80 is provided with a sliding support frame.
