Horizontal oil-fired gas atmospheric pressure hot water boile

1,Weifu horizontal oil and gas hot water boiler has three-pass full wet back structure. The three-pass fire tube boiler consists of corrugated furnace, light tube or threaded tube arranged symmetrically to form the heating surface. High-temperature flue gas turns from the small smoke chamber into the smoke pipe to the front smoke box and then into the rear smoke box and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The unique structure, large furnace, high radiation, sufficient combustion air, sufficient heating surface and some enhanced heat transfer methods make the boiler thermal efficiency reach an ideal state.
2,Safety is guaranteed: including temperature sensors, water level controllers, pressure gauges, safety valves, explosion-proof doors, etc. The digital control system monitors and maintains the normal working state of the boiler.

3,High thermal resistance insulation materials, rock wool and aluminum silicate fiber are used in combination to minimize boiler heat loss.
4,The reheat chamber adopts butt welding technology and wet back structure, which avoids the disadvantage of overheating and deformation of the parent material caused by the scouring of high-temperature flue gas on the rear tube plate, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler.
5,The outer packaging material adopts electrostatic spray cold plate. Compared with the paint type outer packaging or color steel plate packaging, it has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, no paint explosion, and long-lasting.
