JTD-3015 series measuring projector is light, machine, electric integration of precision and efficient measuring instruments. The image is exactly the same as the workpiece.
It is widely used in hardware, stamping, precision plastic, terminals, molds, screws, and so on.
Can effectively detect the complex shape of the contour size and surface size.
Specifications:
Instrument optical system of good quality, objective lens imaging clear, magnification accuracy.
Under the transmitted light illumination, the contour measurement error is less than 0.08%; the coordinate measurement indication error can reach (3 + L / 200) μm. L is the measured length (mm); instrument with a dedicated micro-printer (optional) and foot switch, data output and sampling is very convenient.
The workpiece image can be either as good as it is.
This projector for the projection tube lift, can withstand ultra-heavy load of precision components, without affecting its measurement accuracy.
