What Are KINKAI Fruit And Vegetable Dryer?
KINKAI Heat pump fruit and vegetable dryer takes advantage of the reversed Carnot principle, absorbing the heat from around and sending the heat to the materials which will be dried. This kind of dryer is mainly composed of heat pump dryer and drying chamber. This dryer will be controlled by touch screen controller, and the temperature can be adjusted. It has low electric consumption.
How Does It Working?
1, Dryer evaporator of refrigerant absorb the air from outside
2, then compressor works that make the air temperature rise
3, heat exchanger change the hot air into drying chamber
4, final vegetables/fruits/seafood/herbs will be dried by the hot air circulating in drying chamber

During drying, the material does not craze, does not distortions, non-discoloring, never degenerate, non-oxidize, drying completely, with good rehydration, keep nutrient content
