Machine Feature:
1,PD11 series horizontal forging machines from German eumuco technology,is the current domestic most advanced models with a wide range of applications,it is the most ideal model of forging irregular longer workpieces.It has multi-position forming,and can realize full automation forging process according to user's requirements,which can not be replaced by other equipments.
2,It can be divided into two different types by the fuselage structure of the machine.The steel plate welded body and the cast steel body with tempered has the advantage with rigid and non deformed.The lever principle is adopted,the transmission is freethe noise is low,the accuracy is high,and the operation is convenient.
3,The machines are adopting PLC as the core control system.Its advantages are anti biasload,suitable for multi-mode cavity forging,fast clamping speed and reduced contact time between forging and die,thereby improving the working efficiency and prolonging the service life of dies.
4,It can poduce all kinds of spare parts for high-speed railway like tubing end expansion,sucker rod ,making sleeve spanner,automoblie half shaft,valve stem,diamond drill pipe,camshaft,square workpiece,extension bolt and other kinds of irreglular forgings pieces.
5,The euipment adopts insert type dry clutch,safe double valve controlling,automatic lubrication system,clamping device with overload protection device,prevent damage to overload in theclamping process,saving time and labor force.
