The vibrating screen moves in a circular motion with multiple layers and high efficiency. The vibrating screen is designed with the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing. It is manufactured with long material screen rifling and many screen specifications.
It is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: mines, quarries, aggregate, high-way construction, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and so on.
Working Principle
The Motor use a triangle belt make the vibration exciter of eccentric block at a high speed to rotate , so that it will form a strong centrifugal force and do circular motion of a certain amplitude. The screen of materials through the screen box do pulse transmission on inclined screen surface , and produce a continuous throwing action. When the materials pass through the screen surface , the particles smaller than the screen hole can pass through the screen mesh to achieve screening.

A2.One year(Calculated from the equipment arrives the customer's side.). Spare parts for you at the lowest cost.
Q3.What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.

A4.30% deposit in T/T advance, 70% balance before shipment.
