2.The cylinder contains various diameter grinding media-steel balls.When the cylinder rotates around the horizontal axis at a specified number of revolutions, the steel balls and materials contained in the cylinder rise to a certain height with the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, and then fall or roll freely from the cylinder wall .
3.The grinding of materials mainly relies on the impact force when the grinding medium falls and the grinding and peeling action during movement.The material is continuously fed in from the hollow journal at one end of the cylinder, and the ground product is continuously discharged through the hollow journal at the other end of the cylinder.1.The driving forms are: (1) asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion gear + large gear
(2) synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion gear + large gear
2.Support methods are:
(1) Both ends are supported by dynamic and static pressure bearings, using fully enclosed self-aligning 120 ° "rocker" type bearings. Large carrying capacity. Wide range of use.
(2) Rolling bearing support-energy-saving ball mill.
3. Main bearing temperature measurement: special platinum thermal resistance temperature measurement element is adopted, which has short temperature measurement time, high sensitivity, and realizes automatic monitoring. Put an end to the phenomenon of burning tiles.
4. The cylinder adopts automatic welding, ultrasonic testing, and large-scale special machine tools for one-time clamping and processing; the end cover adopts optimized design, special cast steel, overall annealing, and one-time clamping and processing;
5. The transmission gears and hollow shaft dynamic and static pressure bearings are equipped with special combined seals to effectively prevent leakage.
6. Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations.
7. The ball mill liner is made of wear-resistant cast steel, alloy steel or rubber liner.
8. Optional equipment for large and medium-sized mills: slow drive device; jetting device; jacking device, etc.
9. The control and protection system of the mill adopts PLC control.
