CMP single-stage refrigeration pump adopts high-pressure internal circulation method. Part of
the medium is diverted from the high-pressure area at the impeller outlet, flows into the axial
hole through the filter, is pressurized by the auxiliary impeller again, enters the shielded motor
rotor cavity, and finally returns to the high-pressure area at the impeller outlet. This high-pressure
internal circulation method fully ensures the pressure in the rotor cavity of the shielded motor and
prevents the medium from vaporizing in the pump. This shunt simultaneously cools the motor and
lubricates the sliding bearings.

1)In low temperature operating condition,we advice you to adopt the water defrosting mode,and operate strictly according with the relevant operating instructions during water defrosting process.
2)During ammonia+water defrosting,operate strictly according with relevant operating instructions.During defrosting,the pressure of heated ammonia shall be lower than 0.4Mpa,otherwise it will damage the equipment and cause danger.
3)In low temperature operating condition,we don't recommend electric heating tube defrosting without special circumstances.
4)To ensure the air cooler to run with high efficiency,we advice that the frosting thickness of fin shall not be over 1/2 of the pitch of fins otherwise timely defrosting work is needed.
