1.With the application of high pressure air blower,this machine could realize self-feeding.This can increase the milling capacity to a great extent.

Working Principle
We design this small sized flour mill special for individual household milling at small villages or towns. Employed one unit of single passage roller mill, it can grind all kinds of cereals into very fine powder with best quality. Equipped with one or two pieces of drum sifter which is silk nylon cloth, it can grade/sift the supplies into different sizes(40-150mesh size).
Inner Structure
The whole milling set consists of a storage bin, one unit of high pressure air blower, one set of single passage roller mill, one set of drum flour sifter, air locks, cyclones and motors. The storage bin is A/B part is separated which supply a circulating milling for the roller mill. The exit of high pressure air blower allows the grains be lifted and transformed pneumatic which could save manual labour.
It is widely used to process wheat,corn,rice,etc.
The grinding of the most cereal grains,particularly those grains having a crease,is done with a roller mill.The roller mill system lends itself to a gradual reduction process.
Basic Processes of flour milling:
1.Grinding
Fragmenting the grain or its parts,with some dissociation of anatomical parts of the grain from one another.The succession of grinding is grouped into three systems:Break,Scratch and reduction.Each has a distinct objective.
2.Sieveing
Classifying mixtures of particles of differing particle size into fractions of narrower particle size range.Names of the particular sieveing processes include:
scalping--sieving to separate the break stock from the remainder of a break grind;
dusting,bolting,dressing--sieving flour from the coaster particles;
grading--classifying mixtures of semolina,middles and dust into fractions of restricted particle size range.
3.Purifying
Separating mixtures of bran and endosperm particles,according to their terminal velocity,by means of air currents.
Working Principle:
The grinding in a roller mill is accomplished on a pair of rolls rotating in opposite directions.At the nip(where two rolls approach each other),the two surfaces are going in the same direction.The rolls are generally run at different speeds,with the fast roll going about two and a half time the speed of the slow roll.Thus,in addition to the crushing action as a large particle passes the narrow gap between the two rolls,there is also a shearing action because of the speed differential.
