Working principle
Our charcoal extruder feeds the proportioned and retted pulverized coal mixture into nitrogen-treated barrels through theextrusion principle, compressing it into circular, hexagonal or other shaped cross-sections.

Raw material:
The raw materials are graphite powder, coal powder or mineral powder, which can be directly crushed and added to appropriate binders. Stir evenly before forming into bars. (Size: less than 5 mm; moisture content: less than 25%)
Final product:
The finished briquettes are hexagonal rods with inner holes, or square molds, round molds or according to customer requirements. There are many kinds of round hole shapes, so there are many kinds of coal sticks.
