1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or picture to our email. Our team will promptly check and respond to your request.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we offer existing samples free of charge; however, you will need to cover the freight costs.
For customized samples, a sample fee is applicable. If you place a large order, this fee will be refunded once the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The minimum order quantity varies by product. Typically, it's 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
