Product Overview and Applications:
POF shrink film,full name is muli-layer co-extruded polyolefin shrink film.It has some properties
such as green,safe,reliable,high shrinkage rate and good heat sealing,cold-resistant,antistatic and no
poisonous gases during using,it meets with requirements of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
certification.
Currently our company has three series POF shrink film products:standard film,functional fim and
high performance film.
POF shrink film is mainly used for packaging of regular and irregular shapes.Currently it is widely used in external &bundling packaging in the following fields,such as food,pharmaceuticals,cosmetics, gifts,stationery,books,woodproducts,hardware,daily necessities,and waterproof membrane products etc.
It is suitable for semi-automatic and fully automatic packagingmachines.
What is Cross-linked Film:
The cross-linked film is the use of radiation cross-linking technology in the production process, so that
the polymer chain of the resin from the linear structure into a network structure, thus significantly improving
the performance of the shrink film, greatly improving the shrinkage rate of the film, so that the film shrinkage
more fit, better packaging effect. At the same time, the strength, toughness and heat sealing performance of
the film are improved, so that the packaging effect is more strong and not easy to break, and the sealing is more firm.
What is Anti-Fog Cross-linked Film:
The cross-linked film is the use of radiation cross-linking technology in the production process, so that
the polymer chain of the resin from the linear structure into a network structure, thus significantly improving
the performance of the shrink film, greatly improving the shrinkage rate of the film, so that the film shrinkage
more fit, better packaging effect. At the same time, the strength, toughness and heat sealing performance of
the film are improved, so that the packaging effect is more strong and not easy to break, and the sealing is more firm.
Anti-fog POF film is designed to prevent the packaging film due to moisture evaporation caused by fog. The film has been approved by the FDA for direct contact with food. It prevents the formation of water condensation on the surface of the film, so that refrigerated products are still visible when displayed on the shelf.

What is Biodegradable POF Film?
The biodegradable POF shrink film eventually degrades into water, carbon dioxide and biomass, leaving no microplastics in the natural environment. It offers exactly the same product performance as traditional shrink film, retains all the key performance indicators of traditional POF, and has strong mechanical properties.
It is compatible with all types of packaging machines. It can meet packaging requirements without any process changes during use.
Available in thicknesses of 15, 19, 25 and 38 microns, they are suitable for food and beverages, personal and home care, books, magazines, stationery, toys and more to meet a wide range of packaging needs.
What is PCR POF shrink film?
This is a polyolefin heat shrink film produced using PCR Recycled Material (Post Consumer Recycled Material), PCR recycled material accounted for 30%, through the GRS4.0 certification (global recycling standard certification).
In addition to the use of PCR return, the film production process and SWD01 is basically the same, product characteristics and application fields, and SWD01 is also basically the same, with good mechanical properties, good heat sealing performance, high shrinkage rate characteristics, can also be applied to a variety of packaging machines.

| Standard POF Shrink Film SWD-01
The heat shrink film provides a stable and balanced shrinkage rate during the packaging process, resulting in soft corners, toughness, and low temperature resistance. It effectively protects packaged items and is suitable for most automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines, making it an economical choice.
SWD-01 and SWD-01R are compatible with most packaging machines. SWD-01R also offers excellent thermal slip to prevent product adhesion due to residual heat during rapid packing.
SWD-01G and SWD-01W are high-speed single-piece packaging films designed for pillow packing machines, with SWD-01G reaching speeds of up to 100 bags/min and SWD-01W reaching speeds of up to 200 bags/min.
The product is available in single wound, corner folded , bag or canister form.
