The Advantages of ST-32 Dehydrator
Two independent cabinets, each cabinet has its own control panel which means they work separately. The upper zone has 16 trays, a heating element and 2 motor fans, the lower zone has the same things as the upper zone. Variety foods contains different percentage of moisture, so the foods need different temperature and time for dehydrating, you can reference the cook book that comes with the dehydrator.

On / Off Button : If you put the button to left side, the machine will keep working until you turn off it. If you put the button to right side, the time setting function works, you can set a time from 1 hour to 15 hours.
Temperaure Range: From 40 degree to 90 degree Celsius. There is a brief recipe for your reference on the control panel.
