1. HOW TO PLACE ORDER ?
- We wholesale live plants with necessary certificates. Different countries have different import regulations . Send inquires to us and Contact with us for wholesale price and more details.
2. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY(MOQ) ?
- Each item has a MOQ ,and each export order MOQ is US dollars $1500 with different items. If less than $1500, there is extra certificates fee.
- If no need certificates, each order MOQ could be $500-$1000.
3. HOW TO DELIVER LIVE PLANTS ?
- Air carog to destination international airport . Minimum weight 100kgs . Buyers will do import clearance by themselves.
- EMS to your door step /local plants inspection station .No minimum weight request. Import clearance is usually no need.
4. DO I NEED AN IMPORT PERMIT?
- Besides phytosanitary and CITES certificate from exporter, many countries require importer to get IMPORT PERMIT before shipment .Buyers need to check with local government /customs about that before order.
5. CAN I IMPORT PLANTS WITH POT &SOIL ?
- Usually plants are sent bare rooted without any soil or pot . Natural soil is not allowed . After order, cactus&succulents will be bare rooted from soil , cleaned & sterilized , dried in the air for days before packing .
6. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
- Delivery time is 7-45 days after order confirmed and full payment /done payment.

- Phytosanitary certificate (get from export country)
- CITES certificate for endagered and protected species like cactus,some agave,Aloe . (get from export country)
