The HRDJ-150 Electrically Powered Extended Rockwell Hardness Tester has been redesigned based on the conventional electric Rockwell hardness tester, with a focus on appearance and the workbench, expanding its applications to measure relatively larger workpieces.

1. The body of the product is formed using a casting process and has undergone extended aging treatment. Compared to assembled panel technology, it exhibits minimal deformation over long-term use and can adapt to various harsh environments.
2. Automotive paint with high scratch resistance, maintaining a new and bright appearance even after years of use.
3. Large workbench (400*600mm, customizable) for stable testing of large workpieces.
4. Direct reading of hardness values on the dial, with optional Rockwell scales available.
5. Utilizes a frictionless main shaft for high test force accuracy.
6. Features a precision cast hydraulic damper with no liquid leakage during buffering, providing smooth loading and unloading without shock, and adjustable speed.
7. Equipped with a dual-axis linkage synchronous lifting structure with clamping device for smooth ascent and descent.
8. Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.

1. Widely used for determining the Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials.
2. Mainly used for measuring the Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenched and tempered steels.
