Product Description
This machine is composed of cantilever type rack, welding transformer, pneumatic servo motor device, upper and lower electrodes, electricity and air installation panel, cooling system and PLC operation control system. This machine could be used to weld the square, rectangle, triangle, circular and other shape wire mesh. Multiple welding electrodes are installed on the beam which is equipped with slide way to conduct moving from left to right. Easy to adjust the distance between the welding spots. It is suitable for welding different work pieces. Flexible assembly: the actions of cylinders could be changed via modifying the parameters. There are more than 1000 types of assembly way. The upper electrodes will conduct vertical movement to complete the welding process. Besides, the upper electrodes could adjust the working distance from front and back smoothly. The lower electrode mould could be adjusted from left to right, the installation is simple. The operator only needs to put the wire onto the mould, then the machine will conduct feeding and assembly welding automatically. It can help save the labor force and increase the productivity compared with manual feeding. Besides, the machine could be used to weld multiple moulds.
Features
This cantilever type spot welding machine adopts 6 welding positions and automatic feeding system. The operator only needs to put the material onto the feeder and press the start button, then the machine will conduct welding automatically. It is designed with double layer feeding system. When one layer is conducting welding, operator could load the material onto the second layer. So the whole process could be cycle continuously. The welding position could be set at random. The feeder will move front and back for welding. It is suitable for batch production of wire mesh. The effective welding width is 1000mm while the effective welding length is 1000mm.The Welding spots are good in looking, firm, and stable and reliable. Well consistency of welding spots.

Answer: firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. if any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you can not fix he problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.
Q4: What is the delivery time of your machine?
Answer: it depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machine we got in stock, then we can shape the machine with the seven days after receiving your payment. If you need the Customized machine, normally it would take about 30-90 days to complete the machine.

Answer: yes. You can send us the samples for welding test and we will send you the pictures and videos after the testing. If you need, we can also send the samples back to your country so you can check the welding quality by yourself before ordering the machine.
