Operation Process:
- The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between plates
- The pump delivers mud into the chambers, separating solids to form cakes and allowing liquid to flow out
- Pressure holding for about 10 minutes until no liquid flow is observed, indicating the end of the squeezing process
- Plate shifter device helps pull plates one by one for automatic cake discharge
