HP (High Performance) series cone crusher perfectly combines crushing speed, eccentricity (stroke) and cavity design, which can provide higher output and better product quality. It has a wider range of applicability:

Product characteristics
By optimizing the crushing speed and large stroke, the new generation of crushers can provide the largest crushing ratio among today's cone crushers. Because of its ultra-efficient crushing effect, the power utilization rate of the HP series cone unit moving cone diameter can reach the highest, so as to achieve the lowest power consumption per ton of crushed finished products and the lowest cycle load double savings. The higher material density in the crushing chamber enhances the lamination crushing effect, achieving a more constant product particle size distribution and better particle shape (cube).
The HP series cone crusher inherits the practical tested cone thread rotation adjustment design. The comparative test shows that the wear of the crushing chamber is more uniform and the discharge port along the entire circumference is more constant. In addition, the latest designed iron release system has a fixed discharge port return point. After the miscellaneous iron passes through the crushing cavity, it can quickly restore the original discharge port.
