Overview of Hongfa Hydro-electric Generator
It has manufactured more than 1,000 complete sets of hydropower equipment and developed more than 200 hydropower products, with a total capacity of more than 1,300MW.
Now it has an annual output of 60MW and the ability to manufacture hydro-generator units with a single unit capacity of 100MW.
Our factory has strong technical force in designing and manufacturing hydroelectric generator sets. and mainly have Kaplan Turbine Generator Units, Francis Turbine Generator Units,Bulb Turbine Generator Units ,Pelton Turbine Generator Units.
Our products are distributed in all provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, and are exported to the Philippines, Tanzania, Indonesia, Cuba, Vietnam, Myanmar and other countries.
The power generation equipment production base of Hongfa groups mainly produces complete sets of equipment for medium and small hydropower stations, including axial flow, mixed flow, and bulb tubular turbines. It also manufactures industrial steam turbine generators and medium-sized synchronous motors. The YDT medium-sized series of electro-hydraulic governors have won awards such as the National Economic and Trade Commission's Golden Dragon Award, Guangxi Industrial New Product Hundred Flowers Award, Guangxi Excellent Product Award, Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry Excellent Product Award, and National Excellent Product Silver Award. Manufacturing Process of Hongfa Hydropower Station
Casting and Welding: Large and medium-sized annealing furnaces are used for annealing treatment to eliminate residual stress. For components that cannot be annealed, vibration aging treatment is used. By using multi-point measurements and utilizing the principle of vibration to eliminate stress molecular structure, residual stresses generated during casting, welding, and machining processes are eliminated.
Blades: Dedicated contour polishing machines are used for the machining of blade surfaces. Combination templates and section thickness inspection templates are used for dimension and shape control of the surfaces.
Main Shaft: Special swing boring tools are designed and manufactured to meet the processing requirements and concentricity control of various types of main shafts. Belt grinding and honing techniques are applied to the machining of main shaft bearing positions. Liquid nitrogen freezing technology is used for the assembly of shaft sleeves and pins.
Spiral Casing and Draft Tube Elbows: Computer-controlled automatic cutting machines are used for blanking of tube sections. Semi-automatic welding technology is employed for the assembly welding of spiral casings and draft tube elbows. Special tools ensure the shaping of tube sections and dedicated positioning and clamping tools are used for the assembly welding of each tube section to ensure accurate alignment of the spiral casing and draft tube elbows.
Generator: The product adopts "Class F" insulation, and the magnetic pole coils undergo nitrogen-filled oxygen-free annealing process.
