Main Machine
In order to meet the requirement of materials' molding, prepress screw is driven by electromagnetic speed regulating motor . Type of regulating speed is manually operated. According to condition of ball molding, User can change prepress machine's rotating speed properly to reach max capacity. ball molding rate and capacity. After screening compressed material by screening machine, finished qualified briquettes are on the screening machine. Minus mesh material can return back to hopper for mixing with new materials for another compression.
Rollers
Briquette socket's shape in briquette machine's roller sheet can be chosen widely according to user's need. The ball's shapes include pillow shape, semi-cylinder shape, egg shape, bar shape, thin skin pill shape, walnut shape, apricot core shape, small particle shape and so on.
Application
Briquette machine is the equipment which compress powder material into briquette. It is widely used. It can pelletize the following materials into briquette , grain or ball such as aluminum powder, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite, caustic soda, charcoal, clay, coke, iron scurf, coal, cryolite, fertilizer, plastic, limestone, pigment, urea, potassium salt….and so on. The purpose of compression is to reduce powder dust, control volume, being easy for next use and transport. It is designed to compress dry powder into briquette used in process of Pidgeon's magnesium reduction.
Working Principle
The materials are pressed into the pre-press device of the briquette machine with certain volume evenly when working, and the stable material position shall be kept in the pre-press device. The pre-pressing screw in the device will force the materials into the inter-space between the double rollers, then the materials shall be pre-pressed and transited to the arch groove of the pair-rollers. The roller pits with the same shape are distributed evenly on the roller surface. The 2 pair-rollers shall rotate at constant speed reversely through engagement drive. The rollers will press the materials at the entry into the groove and forcibly compress them. With the continuous rotation of the pair-roller, the bbriquette shall be taken off by the elastic force and gravity. The roller rotates to compress and form the materials periodically with the continuous operation of the motor to realize the batch production.
