Product Description
Introduction
Boards can be load and unload from four sides of the hot press. This hot press is used in furniture factory for plywood furniture, building partition, wood door and honeycomb boards. It is also can be used for lamination of plywood, blockboard, MDF, particleboard with kinds of decorative materials on the surface, such as decorative paper and film, melamine fireproof board, sliced wood veneer and metal foil.
The customer can order as following:
Function
1. Prevent the hot platen tilt;
2. Prevent the hot platen deformation.
Electric control system
1. PLC and touch screen control circuit;
2. Relay control circuit.
Heating method
1. Electric heating with thermal oil;
2. Steam exchanging heating thermal oil;
3. Heating by electric with thermal oil and steam together;
4. Heat source is supplied by the buyer.
Hot platen protecting material
1. High temperature resistant resin film
2. Stainless steel plate;
3.Anti-sticking PTFE cloth.
