3. Bucket chain mining dredger of application:
---Bucket chain river mining dredger is using for get the gold and diamond from the river, equipped high quality mining machinery such as agitation chute with fixed gold carpet\jigger machinery\centrifuge diamond machinery. |
4.System composition and product structure:

5.Main features:
| 1) Simple structure, dismantle pontoons, enough space within 2 pontoons, more stable and easy to disassemble; 2) Bucket type to dredge material from the river, improve the capacity and concentrate; 3) Customized sieving trommel according to the detail size of the material, good efficiency; 4) Gold separating system is equipped according to special condition; 5) Tail discharge system, easy and low cost, and also protect the dredger to continuous work. |
6. River mining dredger working principle :
1--- The dredging bucket rotates around the underwater dredging wheel, scooping up the solid in the riverbed, then trommel classifier, with single layer or double layer screens, will separate the gravels, clay balls, water plants with need sand. The find sand with fine gold & gold nuggests will be finished selection by the gold centrifuge,pulsating sluice box and fixed sluice box. After 3 process of gold panning, the gold recovery percentage can be upto 90%. 2--- Our bucket chain gold dredger is very fir for the alluvial sand with gold. If the river sand with a lot of big pebbles, the bucket chain type is one perfect choice. |
