Hydrosol Hot Laminator Machine for Aluminum foil and fiberglass HRF-1300



I. Introduction This equipment is a special equipment, which is independently designed and produced for the hot lamination of glass fiber cloth (mesh cloth) and aluminum foil (glass fiber felt). It ranks first in the country in the market share of the mid-to-high-end field. The main frame adopts a steel plate structure, the main wall panels are processed by imported large-scale processing centers, and small parts are processed by imported small processing centers to ensure high precision and high stability; the clutch of the thermal lamination system adopts a more stable and reliable linear guide supporting hydraulic control system, and the winding tension system adopts a more advanced vector frequency conversion control technology.

A. Technical parameters
1. Maximum coating and gluing material width: 1600mm;
2. Maximum mechanical speed: 35m/min;
3. Coating roller (anilox roller) diameter: 40 mesh, φ120mm~φ300mm;
4. Coating roller (anilox roller) circumference: 377mm~942mm;
5. Scraper string movement: ±5mm (independent motor drive).
B. Structure
1. The main wall panels are processed by imported large-scale machining centers, and small parts are processed by imported small-scale machining centers to ensure high precision and high stability;
2. The roller and roller shaft are integrated and can be quickly replaced;
3. Heavy-duty scraper structure, double cylinder pressurization, lifting, front and back, and swing angle are freely adjustable;
4. The scraper is driven by an independent motor;
5. The scraper moves back and forth, and frequency conversion control is adopted;
6. Stainless steel rubber disc, self-reflow open, up and down lifting can be adjusted manually;
7. The aluminum roller and the roller shaft are assembled by heat sleeve;

III. Delivery period
