Product Description
HYPERWET® additive functions as the wetting agent and secondary emulsifier in HYPERDRIL® extreme high temperature NAF system, when used in combination with the HYPERMUL® one drum emulsifier. Additional benefits include improved thermal stability and HTHP filtration control. HYPERWET® wetting agent is effective over a wide temperature range from 104°F to 500°F, in the presence of contaminants, and in reducing the adverse effects of water contamination.
Applications/Functions
- Wet barite or other weighting materials and drilled solids with a synthetic-based fluid coating
- Tightens the emulsion and increases the thermal stability
- Lowers fluid loss
