1. Utilizing the chill of -35 ºC within the warehouse and the innovative tunnel side-blowing principle, products are swiftly brought to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is uniformly and rapidly frozen, with automatic shipment drop-off ensuring seamless handling.
2. Featuring an adjustable heat wave blowing design that enhances cold air focus and accelerates freezing efficiency, products are enveloped in multidirectional winds, ensuring faster freezing and uniform quality. Incorporating a unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system to prevent wind runaway, complemented by low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for dynamic wind direction adjustments, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow, while the adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height to prevent cooling capacity loss.
