2.1 :Application
1.This machine is not only suitable for sheep wool, cashmere,but also perfect for yak hair, camel hair, alpaca hair and other animal fibers.
2.The flat carding machine adopts a cashmere carding arrangement as follow:double feeder board, double licker-in,cylinder and doffer .which not only can save space for equipment,but also could maximize the effect of removing impurities,coarse wool and dandruff.It is an essential product equipped with negative pressure fully automatic cashmere carding line.
2.2 Main Features:
1.Adopting double feeder board and combined with licker-in to remove coarse wool.In order to increase the rate of coarse wool removing and reduce the number of times of cashmere carding,So as to reduce fiber damage rate as well as raising the output of dehaired cashmere.
2.The licker-in, cylinder and doffer are made up of carding roller and their diameter is 242mm,500mm and 400mm.And then the effect of double permutation and double effect is formed.
3.The falling objects are collected and removed out from the machine by drop collection flat curtain at at the bottom

According to different working width, the flat carding machine can be regarded as 1020mm(YQ-FN288 ) AND 1500mm (YQ-FN150)
But based on the diameter of working roller, can be called as YQ-360 and YQ-500,The average output of latter is 2-3kg /hour higher than the former
