1.Instrument design principle

Instrument structureThis instrument is an intelligent module combination structure. It can be combined into a viscosity test instrument that meets the needs of users to the greatest extent according to different technical requirements of users. Each set is mainly composed of 1 control module, 1 measurement module and communication line, 1 constant temperature bath, 1 temperature control module, 1 refrigeration module, Ubbelohde viscosity tube, control software and PC.

Control module
It is the central module of the system and realizes the connection between the PC and various components at the same time.
The communication interface with the measurement module and PC is a USB interface, which is very convenient for plugging and unplugging.
8-channel control system can meet the needs of up to 8 measuring stations working simultaneously.

Measurement module
Capillary viscometers of different standards can be installed, such as Ubbelohde viscosity tubes and automatic Pinnacle viscosity tubes.
It has automatic constant temperature, sample lifting and timing functions. It only needs a USB communication line to connect to the control module.
It uses imported lifting pumps and armored stainless steel infrared fiber optic sensors.
Applicable temperature range: -10~150ºC.
