Product Description
Product IntroductionIcesta plate ice is an irregular plate-shaped ice . It is a transparent crystal and is not easy to melt. The surface is small,
dry, powder-free, and has a long cooling time. The size of the sheet is about 40×40mm to 80×80mm, which can be adjusted according to the needs of customers. The thickness is about 8-10mm, and the thickness of the slab ice can be adjusted through the ice making time. The ice cubes are thick, have a long storage period, are not easy to melt, have good air permeability, and have a constant refrigeration temperature. The small slab ice is easy to use in any situation. With a secondary ice crusher, the size can be adjusted freely. Plate ice evaporator is mainly divided into two types: aluminum alloy plate ice evaporator and stainless steel plate ice evaporator. The plate ice evaporator uses a direct expansion system, using R-22, R507A, R404A or ammonia (R717) as the refrigerant.

First Cooling Stage (for CWP and IWP Chillers)
Even under the most severe climatic conditions it is possible to cool water from practically any temperature down to 35ºC within a cooling fan without the involvement of a refrigeration system which reduces the actual cooling capacity of the compressors by 20 %. Thus this refrigeration capacity of the first stage is free of charge.

Second Cooling Stage (for CWP and IWP Chillers)
Furthermore, it is much more efficient (by 25 %) to produce refrigeration capacity at an evaporation temmperature of +7ºC than at 0 C. Therefore the water is cooled from 35ºC down to 2ºC in the plate heat exchanger of the second stage by the first compressor.

Finally in the Third stage the water is cooled from 2ºC down to less than 0.5°C in our special "ice bank system" by the second compressor. This system consists of a stainless steel water tank in which film heat exchanger is installed. Around these heat exchanger ice can be accumulated without destroying the system. The water is circulated around these heat exchanger covered slightly with ice.In that way the water temperature is between 0ºC and 1ºC
