Insulating Glass Production Line - Double Glazing Glass Machine IG Production Line

3. Stepless speed controlled by frequency chager, regulate transmission speed according to work state.
4. Bearings with two seats, high capacity to bear big glass.
5. Oil-free water-proof bearings promise perfect cleaning performance.
6. Angle position device in assembly section, guarantee the aluminum profile be installed without misplace.
7. Two retainers in press section, make sure two pieces of glass can be pressed without misplace. Front and back boards can open 480mm, convinient to examine and repair.
8. Stepping motor make the machine runns accurately.
9. Bases the customers' different request, the entire machine can be improved and produce the Step IG Unit and Three Piece IG production(It is a special custom-made order).
