Technical parameter:
IHF pump is widely used in automobile manufacturing, like acid washing,painting,in non-ferrous metal smelting,like electrolyte transportation,lonic membrane,
in caustic soda,like chlorine water treatment,wastewater treatment etc.
Suitable temperature range:-20ºC~150ºC,if it's over 95ºC,high temperature resistant material will be replaced.

-Reliable mechanical seal.
*Moving ring:Carbon fiber filled with tetrafluorine,it can be adjusted according with conveying different medias.
*Static ring:Sic,Ceramic,Pressureless sintered silicon arbide
-The impeller is molded with the steel inserts and fluorine plastic wrapped
-The pump shell is made with HT200 and F46 lining.
-The pump base material is HT200 with integral casting molding.
-The bearing generally adopts the 2RS double groove ball grease lubricating type,easy to maintain.

1.The media with magnetic impurities or solid impurities are prohibited conveying by the fluoroplastic centrifugal pump.If does, magnetic filter should be used. And it's not suitable to convey the medium that produces a large amount of crystallization after stopping.
2.It's not allowed to work at rated flow of less than 30%.
3.If the density of the media conveyed by the pump is >1200kg/m3, the motor power should be increased accordingly.
4.Max work pressure of the mechanical seal is 1.0Mpa .If the pressure is over 1.0Mpa,the stop ring will be equipped accordingly.
5.When conveying media with low conductivity,such as ultra-pure water,organic solvents,relevant measures should be done to release the static electricity produced by the running pump to prevent electrostatic damage.
6.Special medium need be equipped special grinding parts,like Hydrofluorik acid with pressureless sintering of silicon carbie,Nitric acid with ceramis or silicon carbide.
7.The mechanical seal should be replaced after the theoretical service life 2500hours.Regular maintenance will increase the service life accordingly.
8.Warranty: 12 months.
