Structural Features:

(1) Housing Part: Encompasses elements like the pristine clean room (or gas purification box), filter room, chamber partitions, access doorway, and shell structure. Equipped with a poppet valve and flower plate within the clean room and bolstered by a filter and skeleton within the filter room.
(2) Ash Hopper and Discharge Mechanism: Featuring ash hoppers complemented by screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and robust impeller unloaders based on series and dust concentration variations.
(3) Air Box Body Dynamics: Includes inlet and outlet air ducts with central partitioning. Single-row configurations grace one housing side, while double-row structures dominate the center. The compact 32 series foregoes a box, connecting pipes directly to the ash hopper and clean room.
(4) Pulse Cleaning Device: Comprises pulse valves, air bags, poppet valves, and their solenoid counterparts for seamless operation.
(5) Compressed Air Line and Decompression Device: Enhanced with oil-water separators and oil misters for smooth, efficient functionality.
