(1) Housing part: This includes the clean room or gas purification box, filter room, chamber partitions, access door, and shell structure, all meticulously crafted. The clean room is equipped with a poppet valve, flower plate, and short pipe blow system, while the filter room houses the filter and its supporting structure.
(2) Ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism: Engineered for efficiency, the ash hoppers accommodate varying imported dust concentrations, featuring components like screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) tailored to different series.
(3) In and out of the air box body: This component encompasses inlet and outlet air ducts with a central partition.
