Industrial electric resistance single end rod cartridge tubular heater for molding is a specialized heating element designed for applications in plastic molding machines. These ndustrial electric resistance single end rod cartridge tubular heaters have a single rod at one end, which is typically inserted into the mold. The other end is sealed, making them suitable for applications where heat is required at a specific point.The sheath, which encases the heating element, can be made from different materials such as stainless steel, brass, or other alloys. The choice of sheath material depends on the specific molding application and the compatibility with the molding material.

How to install cartridge heater:
1. make a hole in the section that is to be heated
2. ream a smooth hole for contact and for better heat transfer
3. extend the hole through the section so that the unit can be driven out if you should need to remover it.
4. if making a through hole is impossible ,increase the size of the hole without exceeding the tolerances
5. Reduce the vibration and flexing of the lead wires to prolong service life
6. prevent contamination from liquids by protecting the end of the heater
