The vertical ring die pellet machine is a production machine that processes eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit and straw, and bamboo smash into sawdust to form biomass fuel.Double-layer vertical ring die, 2 rolls are uniquely designed, and the mold is installed vertically. Working principle of the vertical ring die machine is that when the machine is running,ring die is stationary while the roller is rotating. The vertical ring die granulator is mainly suitable for various hardwoods with a variety of raw materials.
Huixin Brand gearbox is equipped with a special plate radiator to cool the gearbox temperature.

2.Adjustable inner cutter, the length of the final pellets can be controlled by adjusting the distance of the cutter.
3.Slewing support is placed under, the dialing reducer is placed under.

to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
