recycled plastic extrusion granulation machine, it is more suitable for large size film to enter the equipment directly without crushing . Intelligent modular system and onekey for startup and shutdown are secure and stable . We can provide single stage , double stages and multi-stage structure according to different requirements in order to ensure the excellent quality of the particles.
Two stage machine with two screen changer, so that it can fliter much more impurity. Meanwhile the machine with one vacuum degassing and one natural degassing, then the final pellets will be more beautiful. The machine is with high performance and high efficiency,
Screw is designed with differennt type for different, and the heater also can use Cost Aluminium, cost copper, alloy, keramic or others.
Side feeder with mixer, material feeder into the extruder, meanwhile the mixer will be running all the time, the material won't stick together and can be send into the extruder

Hydraulic screen changer system, then the material will go throuh the first extruder into the second extruder.
Vacuum degassing on the extruder, it can absort the humidity in the material by vacuum, and between the first and second stage, there is natual venting.

There are several cutting die for the machine, here we use water-ring pelleizer, it can do both PP and PE 
hudraulic station can change the screen changer.
Centrifugal dryer and vibration can dry the pellets and seive the correct pellets.
The machine can put in L type and I type and U type, you can do it according to your warehouse size.
