T4205 Thermal Gas Flowmeter
1.Overview
The thermal gas flowmeter is designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. It has the advantages of small volume, high digitization, easy installation and accurate measurement.
The sensor is composed of two benchmark platinum resistance temperature sensors. When the meter is working, one sensor continuously measures the temperature T1 of the medium. Another sensor, which heats itself to a temperature higher than the temperature T2 of the medium, is used to detect the flow rate of the fluid body, called a velocity sensor. The temperature Δ T = T2, T1, T2 > T1, when the fluid flows through, due to gas molecule collision sensors and T2 heat away, make the T2 temperature drop, to make Δ T stay the same, will improve the T2 power supply current, gas flow velocity in the heat fast, take away the more heat, gas flow rate and increase the heat there is a fixed function relationship, this is the principle of constant temperature difference.
The constant temperature differential heat gas flowmeter is not only not affected by temperature, but also not affected by pressure.
2.Product features
Thermal gas flow meter has the following technical advantages:
*The qualified flowmeter is convenient and accurate for gas flow measurement without temperature and pressure compensation. The mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate of the gas can be obtained.
*Wide measurement range.Gas flow rates as high as 100Nm/s and as low as 0.1Nm/s can be measured.It can be used for gas leak detection.
*Good seismic performance and long service life.The sensor has no moving parts and pressure sensing parts, and is not affected by vibration on the measurement accuracy.
*Easy installation and maintenance. Installation and maintenance can be achieved without stopping production when site conditions permit. (special customization is required)
*Digital design. Overall digital circuit measurement, accurate measurement, easy maintenance.
*Adopted Rs-485 communication or HART communication,can realize factory automation and integration.
