Industrial Iron Removal Bar Magnets Magnetic Filter Bar
Bar Magnet is composed of strong permanent magnet with stainless steel shell. It is sealed in a stainless steel tube by argon arc welding. After a strict polishing process, the surface is smooth and leak-free, waterproof and anti-fouling. Magnet Rods are widely used for removing fine iron particles from free flowing products such as flour, tea,coffee,grain,chemicals,pharmaceuticals,plastic powder,guar gum powder,sugar,granulate and any other types of powder.
Features:
1.The standard diameter of cylindrical magnetic bar is 25mm (1"), the length can be customized according to your requirements, the longest can reach 2500mm.
2.Tube Magnets of square or other shapes are also available.
3.Hygienic Tube Magnets made of 304 or 316L stainless steel are also available, with seamless laser welding and 0.4Ra surface finishing to meet the special requirements of food, pharmaceutical and other fields.
4.Standard working temperature ≤80 ºC, under special request, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ºC.
5.Various designs optional for both ends, such as: Tips, Threaded hole, Stud, etc.
6.Optional ferrite permanent magnets and rare-earth permanent magnets of different grades, we can produce magnetic tubes using different materials to meet the your needs. The maximum surface intensity of a φ25mm tube magnet can reach 13000GS.

Remarks:
"√" means it can reach that magnetic intensity at the corresponding diameter.
"-" means not able to reach that magnetic intensity at the corresponding diameter.
The tube magnets which has smaller diameter than 38mm usually use SmCo material under "EH" temp. condition. But larger diameter will not choose SmCo.

H series: 120ºC
SH series: 150ºC
UH series: 180ºC
EH series: 350ºC
