Product Description
WALTER F8010 model Modulating Float Control Valve is designed to maintain a constant liquid level in a tank or reservoir. It throttles open on a lowering liquid level and throttles closed upon a rising liquid level. The float pilot is normally remotely installed at the high level in the reservoir tank and Pilot connections to the main valve are connected in the field, they are ideal for balancing the inflow and outflow demand into the reservoir and
maintaining level at the designated maximum.

- Body Strength Test: BS EN 12266-1: 1.5 x PN
- Seal Tightness Test: BS EN 12266-1: 1.1 x PN
* Valve body can be choosed stainless steel or bronze , which suitable for oil and sea water .
Features
- Top and seat ring guided stem and diaphragm assembly for long life and reliability.
- All iron components are fusion epoxy bonded for corrosion resistance.
Full coating on the body and disc internally & externally with an average of 250 microns. Higher coating thicknesses are
available when required.
- Easy maintenance without removal from the main line.
- Nylon reinforced diaphragm for long term service. & Drip tight shut off.
- Globe design for superior control characteristics.
- Ductile iron bodies for higher strength and durability. Stainless Steel or Bronze bodies can be optional
- Corrosion resistant stainless steel seat and disc retainer ring.
- Various pilots and accessories available for configuration into many different applications.
- Special V-Port and double chamber are options, please consult factory.
- Hydro-static test pressure for seat: PN x 1.1 , for shell: PN x 1.5 according to EN 12266-1
